An open-air setting overlooking the Sea of Cortez plays host to the resort’s principal Los Cabos restaurant, COMAL, which presents contemporary, Latin American-inspired cuisine.

A new approach to local recipes forms the basis of an imaginative menu that utilizes fresh, organic ingredients, including daily caught fish and locally sourced vegetables. An expansive oceanfront bar at the center of COMAL serves craft cocktails alongside a live-action Raw Bar.

After dinner, wander down to the fitepits at the oceanfront terrace to relax and enjoy a Chileno Bay sunset.



The Raw Bar at COMAL presents an impressive array of local seafood, including oysters, clams and ceviche. A mix of cocktail tables and comfortable lounge chairs are all thoughtfully arranged in the area to offer the best views of the Sea of Cortez while enjoying the day’s fresh selection..

Guest are able to sit at the raw bar, and see the display of fresh seafood, interact with the chef at the raw bar, and sample and taste a variety of seafood from oysters, to clams, to freshly prepared tiradito and ceviche


Arranged in the style of an open-air market, COMAL offers a carefully curated breakfast display each morning, with artisanal pastries, fresh fruit and gourmet yogurt bar. The restaurant in Los Cabos’ bar transforms into the Juice Bar,  featuring a variety of cold press juices made with local produce. Guests are also invited to create their own personalized blend.

Down by the beach, TnT (Tacos and Tequila) serves up authentically prepared tacos complemented with a vast selection of tequilas and mezcals, local beers, frozen margaritas and specialty Mexican spirits. A menu written on the board tells of the daily offerings, such as tacos al pastor and Baja fish. With a welcoming, approachable dining area and rustic beachfront bar, TnT is the ideal place to gather with friends for a casual lunch or midday cocktail.

The Pool Grill at the resort is the perfect spot to grab lunch poolside or in-between activities. The relaxed ambiance of the pool area extends into this venue, with menu items designed for light snacking or a full meal, such as ceviche, sandwiches and salads. The resort also offers In-Room Dining, creating memorable dining experiences in the privacy of your own room. In-Room Dining is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight.
